To install:

Copy the files contained in the Wiz40x.exe or Wiz40xN.exe archive into
any directory on your hard drive. WiZ looks for it's associated dll's
in the directory that it executes from, as well as the Windows
system directory and in the path. Generally, it is easiest to simply
put everything in one directory.
