When you make a mistake,\Scan Educator will explain how to correct the error.\ \Click OK or press Space to begin the assignment.

- c Step 1: Shift in an EXTEST instruction.\ \To shift in an EXTEST instruction, the TAP Controller\must be moved to Shift-IR.  In this state you need to\shift in the following data: 00000000\starting with the least significant bit.

x 1 TMS must be 1 to move to Select-DR-Scan.
x 1 TMS must be 1 to move to Select-IR-Scan.
