This file has no Image List. Load image list first.
To change global map settings, (cell width,cell height,map width, map height) right click
These settings affect your total map.  MapWidth and MapHeight show how many cells your map has. CellWidth and CellHeight are the pixel width and height of the map (they should match your tile images).
This Screen shows your map broken into layers
To Add, or change layer levels, right click
This displays the images you can use inside your cells, by using layers you can combine them
Right click to access the menu for adding new images, (among other things)
The only areas that you can paint on are the ones that have been selected (the sparkly grid). Use the various buttons to select areas to work on, without effecting other areas. (Great for painting).  
You can set the attributes of all the selected cells if the Fill button is selected.
