Skeleton for implementing a Windows PC/SC Smartcard Reader.

			How to install PC/SC device driver.

Please, notice that this driver was tested only under WINDOWS 2000. 
1) Copy file card.bin to c:\ if you don't want to change (re-compile) the 
   source code of the driver. By default, it tries to open the binary file, 
   using this path.
2) Copy pcsc_drv.sys from Release directory to SYSTEM32\Drivers
3) Install file scard.reg. After that a new reader and a new smartcard are 
   introduced.
4) start pcsc_drv, typing NET START pcsc and check the message on the screen
   informing you about result of command's execution. In case if you see the
   error message, please restart your PC (it can happen at first time)
5) Open "Services" and restart "SMART CARD" service. (You should do it, only
   if you start driver after WIN2K already started)
6) Run an auxilary utility, like pcscinf.exe and you will see that SC reader
   "COMRAD 000001 0" is found. Start the test and depending on the reader's 
   state you will be informed that everything is OK or smartcard is absent in 
   reader (artificial situation). Play with ins_rem.exe, modeling different
   states of smartcard - it can be either inserted or removed.

Please, keep in mind that the size of written (read) data in to (from) virtual 
smartcard can not larger than 128.
