Start:
1) Enter directory AntDemo and type "java javaants.topicmap.JavaAnts"

2) Two different version of ant-based clustering are implemented: the
basic Lumer and Faieta version, and a enhanced version including
alpha-adaptation and jumps (see [1,2] for a description). Either of 
these can be selected via the "Mode" menu.

3) The crucial parameters of the individual algorithms can be changed
via the menu "Configuration->Modify" and have to be saved. Note
that the basic ant algorithm ("Ants") does not use the parameter
"memorysize" and cannot perform alpha-adaptation.

4) Generate a data set using the menu "Data->Generate test data". The
ants automatically start sorting.

5) The sorting process can be controlled (restarted, continues or
stopped) using the different options of the "Ants" menu.
