ANALYSIS options:
  ABAQOPTS: ABAQUS analysis options.                                            T
  ABAQSTEP: ABAQUS analysis step.
   This command is used to define each time/history step.
   Some parameters can be selected and the required procedure is specified.
   Pressures, concentrated forces, moments, nodal displacements, nodal 
   velocities, nodal velocities, and nodal temperatures can be 
   selected within the step by load curve number.
   There are 13 procedures to select from. Each Procedure has a set of 
   required parameters and additional options.

   The procedure definition is followed by step_options which can be:
    AMPLITUDE STEP for stepped amplitude
    AMPLITUDE RAMP for ramped amplitude
    CYCLE #_inter for maximum iterations in an increment
    INC #_inter for maximum increments in a step
    LINEAR NEW for linear analysis with a new stiffness matrix
