DESCRIPTION
  This file contains usage examples of ITimeCtl interface. ITimeCtl interface
  functions allow the user to create/operate on ITimeCtl objects. The time control 
  interface has three modes. Three are the clock mode, stop-watch mode, and the 
  count-down mode. Objects of the three modes are instantiated using the
  AEECLSID_CLOCKCTL, AEECLSID_STOPWATCHCTL, and AEECLSID_COUNTDOWNCTL class IDs.
