1. Enable Switch Ports broacast storm protection at 10% percent rate.

2. Add 1912 bytes large frame support.

3. Hardware interrupts may not be disabled immediately after the register is written to.

4. Define HardwareDisableInterruptSync.

6. Implement AT93C46 EEPROM access functions.

7. Added some customized features:

 (1) #define RCV_HUGE_FRAME
     Huge Packet Support. The driver can accepts packet sizes up to 
	 1916 bytes (inclusive CRC). 

 (2) #define NO_STATS
     In order to increase the performance, the driver will not collect 
	 statistic counters.

1. Took out workaround (disable DMA flow control when link is half duplex mode),
   since A4 device fix this problem "KS8841/2/P doesn't release backpressue
