<td width="200" height="100" colspan="2" valign="top">卫生部新闻发言人毛群安在例行新闻发布会上说，中国已报告的人感染禽流感病例中，有几例发生在未发现动物禽流感疫情的地区。据专家分析，这些病例的患病原因是感染了禽流感病毒的病死家禽对环境造成了污染。毛群安说，目前全球发现的人禽流感病例中有约三分之一出现在未发生动物禽流感疫情的地区。“对于这些人感染禽流感病毒的具体途径我们还没有确切的信息。这也是目前国际上非常关注并正在研究的课题。”他表示，由于中国一些地区的基层医疗条件有限，一些病例发现较晚，治疗不够及时，再加上禽流感发病快，很容易引发多脏器功能衰竭，因此目前中国发生的人感染禽流感的死亡率较高于全球平均值。毛群安说：“根据目前的情况，将加大对基层医务人员的专项支持，要求尽量做到病例早发现、早治疗。同时，我们提醒公众尽量减少和病死家禽的接触，如果发现禽流感的疑似症状要及时到从去年10月至今，中国共确诊人感染禽流感病例11例，其中7例抢救无效死亡，死亡率为63.6%。世界卫生组织网站统计的数据显示，截至2月9日，全球已报告人感染禽流感病例166例，其中88人死亡，死亡率为53%。</td>
