<p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:20px;margin:10px"><font size="2">新建任务时，选中提醒复选框，选择提醒日期和时间，保存后，被分配人将在该日期和时间收到提醒。</font></p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:20px;margin:10px"><font size="2">另外，您可以通过发送电子邮件提醒被分配人。新建任务时，选择发送电子邮件复选框，保存后，系统自动给被分配人发送提醒邮件。</font></p>
<p style="line-height:10px;margin:10px"><font size="2"><b>设置事件的提醒：</b></font></p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:20px;margin:10px"><font size="2">新建事件时，选中提醒复选框，选择提前收到提醒的时间，保存后，被分配人将在事件的开始时间前根据设置的提前时间收到提醒。</font></p>
<p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:20px;margin:10px"><font size="2">另外，如果设置事件的周期，那么提醒也是周期提醒。</font></p>
