我们知道，根据病原体的不同，盆腔炎可分为特异性盆腔炎和非特异性盆腔炎两大类。</P>
<P> 引起特异性盆腔炎的病原体包括淋病双球菌、结核杆菌、沙眼衣原体、支原体等。此外如血吸虫、丝虫等，亦可以感染盆腔，但仅偶见于此类寄生虫病的高发区。</P>
<P> 非特异性盆腔炎是最常见的盆腔炎，它的主要致病菌可分为需氧菌与厌氧菌两种。需氧菌主要包括葡萄球菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌、类白喉杆菌、变形杆菌等。前三种致病菌较常见。葡萄球菌引起的感染常见于产后、手术后及伤口感染，感染途径多为沿阴道、子宫、输卵管粘膜上行感染。感染后脓液色黄、稠厚、无臭味，常伴有转移性脓肿。链球菌是产后感染的主要病原菌，产生的脓液较稀薄，淡红色，量较多，一般不并发转移性脓肿。大肠杆菌是肠道的正常寄生菌，偶尔也可以侵犯阴道，如大便后擦拭时由肛门向阴道方向擦即可引起。大肠杆菌通常情况下不会致病，但当机体极度衰弱时也可以引起严重感染。单纯大肠杆菌感染引起的脓液不臭，如有其他细菌混合感染时，脓液稠厚并有粪臭味。厌氧菌是盆腔炎的常见致病菌，感染后容易形成盆腔脓肿，随着厌养培养技术的进步，有文章报道约70%的盆腔脓肿可以培养出厌氧菌。<BR></P> </P></SPAN>
