<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (1)免疫诊断：测定CEA、AFP、HCG、CA1252、CA：19-9等月中瘤标记物有助于诊断。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (2)血清或腹水中碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶、尿素氮、胆固醇、总胆红素和总蛋白等均升高。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 9，临床分期</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> I期：肿瘤局限干卵巢。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> Ia：肿瘤局限于单侧卵巢，无腹水。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> Ib:肿瘤局限于双侧卵巢，无腹水。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> Ic：工，或工b有腹水或在腹腔液中找到癌细胞。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> Ⅱ期：单侧或双侧卵巢肿瘤，盆腔内扩散。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> Ⅱa：有子宫或辖卵管转移。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> Ⅱb:已转移到盆腔其他组织。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> Ⅱc：Ⅱa或Ⅱb在腹水或腹腔液中找到癌细胞。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> Ⅲ期：腹腔内转移，如肠、网膜、肝、膈下或腹膜后淋巴结转移。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> Ⅳ期：远处转移，如肺、纵膈、锁骨下淋巴结等。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 10．鉴别诊断</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (1)子宫内膜异位症：有进行性加重之痛经、不孕等病史，经激素治疗症状可缓解，肿块缩小。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (2)盆腔炎性包块：病程长，病情轻，触痛明显，抗炎治疗有效。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (3)盆腔结核：根据病史及叮试验、8超可鉴别，抗痨治疗有效。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> [治疗]</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 1．西医药治疗</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 1)手术治疗：为卵巢癌的首选方法，无论处于何期，均宜先行手术治疗。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 2)化疗法</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (1)单一化疗①嚏替哌TSPA，20mg／日x 8或10mg／日 x 5，后改每周2次。间隔3~4周。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> ②环磷酰胺CTX，大剂量2—6g／次，中剂量200mg／日x 10，或300mg／日 X5，小齐量50mg／1~3日1次持续，200mg/日x14。间隔4-6周。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> ③左旋苯丙氨酸氮芥L—PAM，0．2mg/kg/日x 5，口服；0．5-1mg／kg每周1次，静注；20-40mg／次，动脉灌注。间隔3~4周。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> ④阿霉素ADM，50mg／m2／日 x 1，间隔3-4周。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> ⑤表阿霉素唧，50-60mg／m2／日，间隔3-4周。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (2)联合化疗</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> ①CAP：环磷酰胺750mg／m2、阿霉素50mg／m2，顺氯氨珀50mg／m2，同日。间隔3周。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> ②CHAP：环磷酰胺60mg/m2第1日，六甲密胺150mg／m2，第8—21日，阿霉素50mg／m2，第1日，顺氯氨珀50mg／m2第1日。间隔4周。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> ③HCMF：六甲密胺150mg／m2，第1-14日，环磷酰胺150mg／m2，第1—14日，氨甲喋呤40mg／m2，第1和8日，5—氟尿嘧啶600mg/m2．第1和第8日。间隔4周。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (3)用药方法；可将化疗药物行瘤体内注射、腔内注射、动脉注射等。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 1．中医药治疗：本病以手术及化疗为主要治疗手段，中医药可配合治疗，具体用药，参见“子宫肌瘤”内容。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> [预防与调养]</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> I．保持心情舒畅，防止抑郁和过度紧张。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 2．定期普查，早期发现，早期治疗，早期手术。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 3．术后坚持化疗，不得拖后延误。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 4．化疗期间不要去公共场所，防止交叉感染。饮食宜清淡又富于营养，以提高机体抵抗力。</font></p>
