<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 怀孕是一个十分复杂的生理过程，必须各项条件具备，方能达到怀孕目的。首先需要正常的卵子和精子，其次是畅通无阻的生殖道，包括宫颈、子宫和输卵管。卵子和精子须通过生殖道在输卵管中见面，即授精。受精卵就好比种子，由输卵管运输到子宫腔并种植在子宫内膜这一松软的“土壤”中生长发育。一个新的生命由此而诞生。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 在这一过程中，排卵是其重要的一环。育龄妇女每月产生卵子，如果月经周期为28天，正常妇女的排卵期一般在月经周期的第14～16天。据统计，育龄夫妇中10%患不孕症，其中女性排卵障碍因素占30%～40%。女性排卵异常是最常见的不孕原因。正常的卵巢周期很复杂，以至于很微小的变化都可以打破正常的周期，抑制排卵。如果女性不能产生卵子，怀孕就无从谈起。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 对于排卵的机制。正常排卵周期的建立需下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能正常。这是一个完整而协调的神经内分泌系统，互相调节，互相影响，控制着女性发育、正常月经和性功能。下丘脑好像一个司令部，分泌促性腺激素释放素，即下达命令使垂体分泌促性腺激素，卵巢接到促性腺激素的指令后分泌雌激素和孕激素促使卵泡发育成熟继而排卵。这一系统的其中任何一个环节的功能失调或器质性病变，都可以造成暂时的或长期的无排卵。据统计，在排卵障碍中下丘脑功能障碍占38%，垂体疾病占17%，卵巢功能障碍占大约45%。因此，虽然都是排卵障碍，其病变部位不同，原因不同，处理的原则也不同。<br />
