<P> 内裤可以帮助女性及早发现疾病的蛛丝马迹。从颜色上来讲，穿浅色或白色最为理想。这是因为浅色能反映出疾病分泌物的量，还能在内裤上显示出分泌物的颜色变化。那么，哪些疾病可以从内裤上反映出来呢？它们又具有些什么特点？现介绍如下，供大家识别。 </P>
<P><BR> 不明血迹：</P>
<P> 尿道有红色分泌物，多是肿瘤的临床特征；肛门处有血迹，鲜红色，就要考虑是肛裂、痔疮的发生了；肛门反复出现暗红的血液，多是直肠或大肠有恶性病变的征兆。</P>
<P> 白带异常：</P>
<P> 当白带出现数量、颜色、气味的变化时，就预示着发生疾病。如白带中混有血迹，一般为重度子宫糜烂、子宫内膜癌等。如白带呈洗肉水样，有恶臭味，往往是子宫癌变，少数人亦可由输卵管癌所引起。如白带量多，呈蛋清或白色水样常揭示子宫糜烂、卵巢功能失调；如患有结核、贫血、糖尿病或体虚的女病人，白带也常会出现增多的现象，但没有臭味；如白带呈白色糊状，或凝乳状，或呈豆腐渣样白带，常揭示霉菌感染；白带呈黄色或黄绿色稀薄脓性状，多为化脓性细菌感染，如伴有臭味、外阴瘙痒，多为阴道炎。</P>
<P> 月经异常：</P>
<P> 女性病人来月经时，经色紫暗、黏稠、夹有血块或豆沙状者，中医认为是宫虚有寒；经色浅淡，状如米泔为真阳极虚；月经提前为热、延后为虚。其他如经期不准，或断断续续、淋漓不断，伴有失眠、抑郁、焦虑等月经紊乱现象，要考虑更年期的到来。个别患者上述症状反反复复，经医治效果不好，特别是经血过多迁延不断，要考虑子宫良性肿瘤的可能。<BR></P>
