3）子宫内膜发育不良或并存卵巢功能低下(无排卵，性激素分泌不足)，不利于精子成活，受精，孕卵着床、植入和胚胎发育。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">4）子宫肌层发育不良，不能容受孕卵和胚胎发育而致早期妊娠流产。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">5）畸形子宫不利于胎盘附着和发育，而致胎盘位置异常、胎儿宫内发育迟缓(Iu-GR)或早产。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">子宫畸形引起不孕的临床表现： </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">1）原发或继发性不孕。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">2）原发性闭经或月经不调如稀发月经，月经过少，痛经或功能失调性子宫出血等。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">3）生殖道畸形如外阴阴道、宫颈和子宫畸形。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">4）生殖器和乳房发育不良如性幼稚型、乳房和第二性征发育不良。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">5）卵巢功能低下如无排卵、月经失调、功能失调性子宫出血、痛经等。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">6）性交困难或性功能障碍如性交痛、阴道痉挛、性冷淡和无性高潮等。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">7）经血潴留如宫腔积血、积液、积脓和腹腔积血等。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">8）盆腹腔包块见于双子宫、残角子宫、双角子宫等。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">9）病理妊娠史如重复或习惯性流产、早产、ILIGR、胎位异常、胎盘位置异常或死胎等，偶有发生异位妊娠者。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">10）泌尿系统畸形如多囊肾、马蹄肾、游走肾、输尿管异常等。<br />
