<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 引起少精子症的原因比较多，应该在治疗之前先确定病因，然后根据实际情况确定治疗方案。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 假如有感染可能，如急慢性睾丸炎、附睾炎、前列腺炎、精囊炎等，应该检查解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体、抗生殖支原体等，还要分别感染的部位，是精囊炎还是前列腺炎。感染引起的精子异常，一般在感染消除之后会逐步恢复的，但一般需要药物辅助治疗，我们经常使用促精宝胶囊恢复，效果比较理想。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 常用的西药治疗方法：对内分泌功能异常引起的少精子症，一部分患者服克罗米芬可提高精子数量，每日25mg，每月服25日，停5日，6-12个月为一疗程。有报道长期服用可降低形态正常精子的百分率,故目前推荐用低剂量疗法,即隔日25mg。也可以采用人绒毛膜促性腺激素1000u,每周肌肉注射2次，8-10周为一疗程；同时可每日内服维生素E100-200mg，连服3-4个月。对于睾酮低下者，也可试用丙酸睾丸酮50mg，每周肌肉注射3次，共3个月，用药时精子数减少或消失，停药后出现反跳现象，但据报道疗效不佳。近来报道用酮替芬(甲哌噻庚酮)1mg，每日2次，连用3个月，精子密度和活动率得到显著改善。己酮可可碱加入到精液中或口服后可使特发性少精子症活力不足的精子增加活力。</font></p>

对于精索静脉曲张引起的少精子症，也是很常见的不育原因，有的报告高达39%,假如不严重，或者病程比较短，可以使用中药化瘀通管胶囊加促精宝胶囊治疗。对于病情严重的，可作精索静脉结扎术,一般在术后1年精子密度升高者约50%-80%以上。对于手术后恢复速度不理想者，可以使用促精宝胶囊治疗。</p>
<p> 对于没有明显病因的精子活力低下，要检查微量元素，比如锌元素等。补锌对少精和死精症有一定疗效，服药后精子数量明显增加。由于锌和铜的拮抗作用，补锌同时治疗高铜。一般每次口服葡萄糖酸锌50-100mg，每日2次，3个月为一疗程，也有采用硫酸锌治疗的。当然，也可以服用促精宝胶囊，这对于提高性功能，改善症状也有一定的好处。</p>
<p> 在必要时，也可以补充精氨酸。精氨酸是生成精子的必要成分，少精子症患者的精液中，氨基酸含量明显低于正常男性。补充精氨酸，每日口服4克，连续10周，可以使精子计数提高、活力上升。</font></p>
