<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">发作呈间歇性。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">其它症状并不明显。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">本病预后良好，不必过分忧虑。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">[病因病理]</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">血精最常见于精囊炎患者，并为此病的主要特征。病原菌多为葡萄球菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌、细菌从尿道上行蔓延而至精道，成为血行感染。其它原因还有：</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">炎症：前列腺、精囊结核，慢性前列腺炎。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">结石：精囊结石，前列腺结石。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">肿瘤：前列腺癌，精囊肿瘤。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">血管疾病：高血压，肝硬化门脉高压症。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">血精几乎均发生于性高潮。射精时，平滑肌猛烈收缩。小血管破裂，均可出现血精。应与过度充血、磨擦、挤压有关。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">[临床表现]</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">血精有轻重之分。重者肉眼就能看到精中有血，称为“肉眼血精”；轻者需借助显微镜检查，在精液中发现红血球，称为“镜下血精”。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">血精也有急、慢性之分。急性者常有寒战、发热等全身症状；下腹部疼痛并有尿频、尿急、尿痛和排尿困难。延久可转为慢性，其征易与慢性前列腺炎相混淆，且常合并存在；但肉眼或镜下血精是精囊炎的特征，不难鉴别。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">大量血精可合并急性尿潴留和一系列性功能障碍。至于是否影响生育，则因人而异。多数血精患者照样生儿育女，部分患者则导致不育。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">[诊断]</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">并不困难。为了明确血精的来源及性质，尚须作系统的检查。包括：</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">①询问病史 非凡是与泌尿生殖系有关的病史。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">②体格检查 重点是生殖系统检查。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">③化验检查 重点是前列腺液、精囊液和精液检查。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">④X线检查 骨盆干片可排除前列腺结石，精囊结石，附睾结核钙化；输精管精囊造影价值较大，可明确精囊及输精管各种病变。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">⑤膀胱尿道镜检查 可观察后尿道、精阜、射精管口炎症情况，有时可插管逆行造影。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">[预防护理]</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">急性期禁忌精道检查和前列腺精囊按摩。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">禁欲、避免性冲动，使附属性腺充分休息。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">慢性期可作热水坐浴或中药坐浴。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">[治疗]</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">①西药</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">补充维生素；</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">慢性前列腺炎、精囊炎者，给予抗菌素治疗；</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">前列腺、精囊结核者抗痨治疗；</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">②手术治疗</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">前列腺癌及精囊肿瘤者手术切除；前列腺、精囊结石者，连同病变腺体一并切除。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">③单方验方</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">四妙丸，每服5克，一日3次，适于湿热下注证；二至丸合六味地黄丸，各服5克，一日3次，适用于阴虚火旺证。</font></p>
