<font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 根据病变部位的不同，治疗方案也不同。故在治疗之前首先应弄清以下几个问题：①卵巢是否排卵，排卵情况是否正常及有无规律性。②如无排卵，导致无排卵的因素在下丘脑——垂体——卵巢轴的哪一环节。③排卵障碍与身体其他内分泌腺功能调节或其他全身性疾病有无关系，是否与精神因素有关。④子宫内膜对卵巢激素反应是否正常。要对以上提出的问题作出判断，必须问好病史，进行体检，对所获信息进行综合分析，鉴别诊断，结合腹腔镜、B超、尿和血的内分泌测定及其他辅助检查作出判断。<br />

不排卵的治疗：<br />
显而易见，排卵异常的治疗是促排卵治疗。促排卵药物种类繁多，克罗米酚就是一种最常用的促排卵药物，另外还有许多促排卵药物，这些药物通过不同机理产生效果。促排卵药物的使用应是慎重的，滥用不但不能达到治疗效果还会导致不良后果。因此，要在医生指导下使用。具体到每一个患者需要用哪种药物应根据患者当前的各种激素水平、年龄、以往对促排卵药物的反应及其他具体情况而定。治疗不孕症有一定步骤，促排卵治疗并不是不孕患者的首要任务。在促排卵治疗前了解精液及输卵管情况更有其重要性。<br />
