<p> 宫颈癌的新辅助化疗是指患者在手术前进行先期化疗，它能缩小肿瘤的体积和范围，降低肿瘤分期，使原来无法手术的患者重新获得手术机会，同时保留卵巢功能。病人阴道如果切除过多，还可以做阴道延长手术，以提高其生活质量。 一直以来，对宫颈癌病人的治疗，都奉行着“放疗为主，早期手术，化疗无用”的治疗模式。这是因为，宫颈癌病人放疗不仅效果很好，又没有手术风险，而且各期都能用；而手术治疗只适合早期患者；化疗效果则更是差强人意。</p>
<p> 但是，长期的临床实践证实，单纯放疗对癌灶较大的患者，疗效并不尽如人意。此外，放疗会损害卵巢和阴道，使女性丧失性生活和生育的能力。探索新的治疗方式就显得十分必要了，新辅助化疗也就在此时应运而生。</p>
<p> 宫颈癌的新辅助化疗是指患者在手术前进行先期化疗，它能缩小肿瘤的体积和范围，降低肿瘤分期，使原来无法手术的患者重新获得手术机会，同时保留卵巢功能。病人阴道如果切除过多，还可以做阴道延长手术，以提高其生活质量。</p>
<p> 目前常用的化疗方案主要是以铂类为基础的联合用药。因此，对中青年的、还有性生活或有生育需求的患者可以施行“手术首选，术前化疗，保留功能”的新治疗模式。</p>
<p> 不过，具体的治疗方案要根据临床期别来选择，例如：Ⅰa期可施行筋膜外子宫切除术或次广泛子宫切除术；Ⅰa期和个别Ⅰb1期要求保留生育功能的年轻宫颈癌患者可行子宫颈广泛切除术加淋巴清扫手术，以便只切子宫颈，同时保留子宫及输卵管、卵巢。这样，1/3的患者1年内可以生小孩，2/3的患者3年内都能享受做妈妈的快乐了。</p>
<p> 不过，如果是很晚期的患者，就不推荐用非常剧烈、会带给患者莫大痛苦的治疗了，因为此时患者痊愈的可能性已经很小，剧烈的治疗不但不能提高患者的生存期，而且还严重影响了她们的生活质量。这时，缓和的治疗方式才是病人痊愈的基础——患者一边带瘤生存一段时间，一边等待着新疗法的出现。常和医生保持沟通，一旦发现有新的契机，再继续进行治疗，这样才能得到最好的治疗效果。</p>
