<P> 宫腔镜也叫宫腔内窥镜，是用冷光源探查宫腔的一种放大镜。<BR> 宫腔镜的用途十分广泛，不仅可行接观察子宫腔内情况，对各种宫腔疾病进行诊断，而且可通过手术操作进行息肉切除、异物切除、组织活俭、子宫内膜粘连分离、女性绝育等。因此，有以下适应症者可考虑做官腔镜检查： <BR> <BR>（1）宫腔造影有异常发现者。<BR> <BR>（2）诊断为子宫内膜炎、内膜萎缩或赘生物等。<BR> <BR>（3）下腹部手术后不孕。<BR> <BR>（4）疑有宫腔异物者。<BR> <BR>因宫腔原因引起的不孕，在女性不孕症中占有一定地位（约占10％）。如宫腔息肉、粘膜下小的肌瘤、宫腔内异物、内膜粘连症等，均可经宫腔进行处理。而且可与腹腔镜联合应用，进行宫腔内不完全中隔切除术，同时观察子宫内膜、输卵管通畅度和卵巢等盆腔情况。</P>
<P>对子宫角阻塞引起不孕的疾病，可进行宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液治疗。宫腔镜在不孕症诊断治疗中的地位已日渐重要。</P>
<P>湖州阳光女子医院引进的宫腔镜，能够直接检视子宫内景，检出的子宫内异常率化其他传统方法从28．9%提高到70%，其精准性难以比拟。而子宫肌瘤经宫腔镜治疗，月经改变有效率高，治愈率达92%以上，且无痛楚、无创伤，只需25分钟，即可为您确诊。</P>
