<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 宫颈位于阴道和子宫之间，即是内生殖器重要的防护屏障又是生殖生理和生殖内分泌功能的重要环节。宫颈炎是育龄期妇女常见病，分急性与慢性宫颈炎两种。多因分娩、流产或手术损伤宫颈，病原体侵入而感染。此外，与性生活过频、物理或化学刺激、子宫内膜炎、阴道炎亦有一定关系，临床以慢性宫颈炎较常见，多无急性炎症过程的表现。宫颈炎是引起女性不孕的原因之一。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">宫颈性不孕的治疗：</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">1.宫颈管闭锁与狭窄子宫颈发育不良 主要采用扩宫治疗。在月经干净后或排卵前进行，先用消毒探针探入宫腔，再用宫颈扩张器由3号顺序扩张到7号。先天性子宫颈发育不良可同时使用人工周期治疗，或大剂量孕激素作假孕疗法。先天性宫颈粘连或狭窄扩宫治疗后颈宫内放置引流管，以防再粘连。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 2.宫颈位置异常 本病无良好的治疗方法。可试用下列方法：①性交后臀训抬高：性交时或性交后在女方臀部垫置2个枕头，使女方呈头低臀高位，可使精液尽量积聚在后穹窿，相对使精液水平面增高，从而有利于子宫颈浸泡在精液中；②性交后俯卧：采用本方式的目的，是在性交后促使精液向阴道前穹窿积聚，可使上翘的子宫颈轻易浸泡在精液中；③上述方法无效时，可采用宫腔人工受精法。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 3.宫颈肌瘤 手术是治疗宫颈肌瘤的主要措施。小肌瘤可采用阴式肌瘤摘除或剜出术。较大肌瘤需行腹式切除术。对不孕患者，手术的原则是尽量保持宫颈的功能，预防宫颈管粘连或狭窄。亦可用冷冻疗法，冷冻头为铅笔或针头形，刺入肌瘤内或基底部，每次冷冻2-3min，每周1次，经期不做。经5-10次治疗，肌瘤萎缩变小或从基底部脱落。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 4.慢性宫颈炎 宫颈炎治疗方法较多，但任何方法均需注重勿损伤颈管，以免腺体损伤而影响宫颈粘液的分泌及颈管粘膜。</font></p>
