子宫颈炎是生育年龄妇女特别是中年妇女的一种常见病。机械性刺激或损伤、微生物及其毒素、化学物质以及放射线等均可成为子宫颈炎的病因。其主要症状有白带增多、腰骶部疼痛、盆腔部下坠感及痛经、不孕症和宫颈糜烂等。 <BR> <BR> 治疗：本病可采用阴道灌洗、局部上药、中药治疗等药物疗法。另外，还可采用物理疗法。 <BR> <BR> 预防： </P>
<P> 预防本病首先要进行定期妇科检查，以便及早发现宫颈炎症，进行治疗。还需要积极彻底治疗急性阴道炎、急性子宫内膜炎等。注意个人卫生，勤洗内裤等。用酸性或碱性溶液冲洗外阴及阴道时，要避免浓度过高。男方应养成每晚或性交前洗外阴的习惯，防止性交时将病原体带入阴道而引起感染。 <BR> <BR> 引起宫颈糜烂的原因很多，如：流产、放取环、以及感染等，若能找到原因当然好。在个别患者，由于对避孕套过敏，也有引起宫颈炎的报道。 </P>
<P> 宫颈糜烂的治疗方法也有多种。包括药物治疗和物理治疗，其中激光治疗的效果最好，当然也可先药物治疗缩小病灶，再用激光治疗。目前宫颈糜烂的药物治疗效果还不是十分理想。 </P>
<P> 宫颈糜烂如何处理 </P>
<P> 宫颈外口处的宫颈阴道部分，如果外观呈细颗粒状的红色区，就称为宫颈糜烂。此部分为完整的颈管柱状上皮所覆盖。由于糜烂面覆盖的柱状上皮抵抗力低，易被病原体侵入而发生宫颈组织炎症，从而导致宫颈黏膜息肉形成、宫领肥大、质硬等，严重时还会向周围蔓延而引起骶韧带及主韧带炎，出现下腹隐痛、腰部酸痛、房事不适等。因此宫颈糜烂必须及时治疗。在急性炎症期可内服抗炎药同时外用抗炎药，以利于炎症消退。急性期后，可于月经干净后3－7天用电灼、激光处理糜烂区，使鳞状上皮被覆过来，增加抗病力。为了防止复发，要注意外阴清洁卫生，避免反复损伤宫颈。<BR> <BR> 宫颈糜烂往往是早期宫颈癌的一种表现，如属这种情况则触之易出血，放大镜检查可作初步鉴别。若是宫颈炎引起的宫颈糜烂，则极少会导致宫颈癌发生，因此也不必为此而恐慌不安。<BR> <BR> 在处理宫颈糜烂前要做常规的宫颈细胞学涂片检查，以防宫颈早期癌被漏诊，特别是有反复接触性出血者更应注意癌的可能。</P>
