<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 所有有运动能力的精子都属活动精子。精子的活动力（活率）是以活动精子中具有向前运动能力精子的百分率来计算的，一般分为5级：0级表示精子不能活动；1级表示精子活动能力差，只在原地蠕动；2级表示精子活动力一般，只向前曲线运动；3级表示精子活动很好，直线向前运动；4级表示精子活动极好，呈快速直线前向运动。正常时，3级与4级之和应超过50%，活动精子中至少有25％的精子呈直线快速运动。如果0、1、2级精子超过50%，4级小于25%，即是弱精子症。弱精子症时，精子无力前行，难以穿过子宫颈管、子宫腔，直达输卵管与卵子结合，因而造成生育能力低下。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">导致弱精子症的常见原因有：</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">1、睾丸生精上皮不完全成熟或受损变薄，产生的精子素质差，活动能力弱；</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">2、精液量少；</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">3、精浆变异，如附睾、精囊、前列腺等有炎症时，酸碱度、供氧、营养、代谢等均不利于精子的活动和存活；若存在抗精子抗体，可以使精子凝集，从而失去了活动能力。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">死精子症是指精液中绝大多数精子是死的,但其形态与数量可无明显异常。死亡的精子因丧失了活动及授精能力,从而能造成不育。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">要确定是不是死精子,常用下列方法进行检查:取精液1滴置于玻片上,加0.5%蓝曙红液染色, 加盖玻片,静置约2分钟,在高倍显微镜下观查,活精子不着色,死精子染成红色。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">正常情况下,精子由睾丸的生精上皮产生后,进入附睾进一步发育成熟。附睾尾部及输精管壶腹部是贮存精子的场所。精囊上皮分泌物富含果糖,是射出精子的活动能源,前列腺液偏碱性,适于精子的生存与活动。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">引起死精子症的主要原因是附性腺和输精管的炎症。由于感染大量消耗了精子赖以生存的必需营养物质或微量元素锌,或精液的酸碱度改变,以及出现抗精子抗体等因素,破坏了精子生存的环境而使精子死亡。因此,积极治疗副性腺感染有可能解决死精子症患者的不育问题。治疗死精子症的关键是治疗前列腺炎、精囊炎。<br />
