<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 男生殖道感染时，有附属性腺分泌功能障碍者占60一80％，其中前列腺特征性产物如锌、钙，镁、柠檬酸、酸性磷酸酶等都可降低。李永海等人在对有生育力及无生育力的两组慢性前列腺炎病人的精浆微量元素研究时发现，两组患者的精浆锌、镁及钙含量均明显低于正常人，但两组间无显著差异，并且三元素含量的减低与精液质量无明显关系，这提示精浆中元索的变化不是慢性前列腺炎患者不育的直接原因。在后来的研究中他们发现精浆中的硒元素是慢性前列腺炎患者生育力的保护因素，铜和铁是危险因素，虽然这三种元素的含量在两组慢性前列腺炎的患者精浆中变化均不显著，但推测可能通过元素间相互作用来发挥对精子的影响。 {(请记住我们的网址(WW W.８５５５２２２.com)(WWW.９１zn.cn)}锌／果糖比值在无生育力的慢性前列腺炎患者明显减低，故李永海等人认为该比值减低有可能作为评价慢性前列腺炎患者生育力的重要参数。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">假如精囊在生殖道感染时损害严重，可能会使果糖在精浆中的含量减低，但有人认为精浆申果糖浓度减低是精囊感染的晚期征象，不是判定诊断的指征。李永海等人的研究也认为在生殖道感染时通过测定精浆果糖含量来判定精囊是否感染意义不大。精囊分泌的促精液凝固因子具有对抗前列腺分泌的液化因子的作用，生殖道感染时常有精液不液化现象，这可能是由于凝固因子与液化因子间失平衡，凝固因子占优势造成。前列腺炎时精液不液化及粘稠度高的发生率明显增加(38．5％)。由附睾分泌的肉毒碱及。a一糖苷酶在附睾感染时都可减低，这可能会影响精子的成熟。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">生殖道感染时，精液中的碎片状物质增加，这与白细胞增加呈正相关，与此同时可见精子活动下降。生殖道感染还可有精液pH增高，它与精液中白细胞升高及锌减低都有一定关系，当精液pH升高超过8．8时，精液也会发生不液化。</font></p>
