<div><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 更年期月经有什么变化</font><br />

<div> 妇女进入更年期，卵巢功能开始衰退，首先是黄体功能呈进行性衰退，卵泡仅发育到一定程度，即自行萎缩，不再排卵；无黄体形成，表现为生育功能衰退，但在卵巢功能衰退的早期，促卵泡激素（FSH）分泌增多，黄体生成激素仍在正常水平。由于体内性功能自身的调整作用，FSH可至正常水平，出现排卵性月经周期，因而偶有多年不孕的妇女，在绝经前期突然受孕。随着年龄增长，卵巢功能由不稳定到衰退，平衡失调，常常在绝经前表现月经不正常、月经周期紊乱、经期延长、出血不止等，而经前紧张综合征、乳房周期性胀疼、水肿及头痛等症状消失。一般从卵巢功能衰退至月经停止，月经变化的情况有三种： （1）稀发月经：月经周期间隔时间长，由正常20～30天变为2～3个月或更长时间行经一次。经量可正常或较前减少，间隔时间逐渐延长至4～5个月或半年才行经1次，以后则完全停止。 （2）月经周期紊乱：从正常的月经周期变为不定期的阴道出血，有时经期延长或变为持续性阴道出血，淋漓不断达1～2年月不止。也可发生大量阴道出血，病人可发生贫血、面色萎黄、全身乏力、心慌、气短，严重者血红蛋白可明显降低。有的反复出血，一般经1～2年，月经即完全停止。此时医生要作详细检查，首先除外肿瘤引起的出血，对年龄在40岁以上的妇女，应进行全面检查，或作子宫内膜活体组织检查。除外肿瘤后，再按更年期月经紊乱治疗。绝经前月经周期紊乱是最常见的。据报道，有人对282例绝经前妇女进行观察，发现其中181例有月经周期紊乱表现，占63.8%。 （3）突然绝经：少数妇女过去月经周期及经期一直正常，现在突然绝经；也有的周期正常，仅有几次月经量逐渐减少，以后月经突然停止。据反道对282例自然绝经妇女进行观察，发现其中40例突然绝经，占14.1%。因此，多数为前两种表现。 另一部分病人表现为停经一段时间后，发生子宫出血，持续2～4周。血量多少、持续时间长短与雌激素作用持续时间及撤退速度有关。 绝经期的诊断需要事后回顾才能确定，无月经至少持续6个月至1年方可确立诊断。 </div>
