城市女性生殖器炎症近几年来逐年上升，特别是青年女性中<STRONG><FONT color=#ff9900>滴虫性阴道炎</FONT></STRONG>、<STRONG><FONT color=#ff9900>霉菌性阴道炎</FONT></STRONG>和慢性宫颈炎发病率极高，成为当前女性中主要的三种生殖系统感染。引起这三种疾病的原因之一就是不正确清洁阴部。</P>
<P> </P>
<P> 妇女的外阴上皮细胞中存在糖元，正常生理情况下，寄生有乳酸杆菌。糖元在乳酸杆菌作用下，可产生乳酸，乳酸使阴部呈现弱酸性环境(酸碱度一般为5.5)。乳酸杆菌可以起到防御病原微生物入侵的作用，成为一道抵御细菌的天然屏障。</P>
<P> </P>
<P> 健康的妇女阴道分泌物可分离出20多种微生物。阴道中主要的常住菌有乳酸杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、B群链球菌、类杆菌、白色念珠菌、支原体等。乳酸杆菌在阴道自净中起主要作用。用阴道分泌物直接涂片染色，根据革兰阳性乳酸杆菌的百分率，可将阴道分成不同的清洁度，Ⅰ度的视野中大多数为乳酸杆菌，Ⅱ度约50百分，Ⅲ度在50百分以下。正常情况下引导菌群与机体处于共生状态，不引起疾病，当机体的正常防御机能受损导致内源性感染。</P>
<P> </P>
<P> 有些女性，生殖系统原本健康，却频繁使用中药外洗剂、高锰酸钾溶液等消毒剂来冲洗阴道及外阴，想以此来预防妇科疾病的发生。实际上，这种做法反而可能产生不良后果。这是因为，阴道有“自洁”作用，可在一定程度上保护妇女的生殖系统。如没有用药指征而自行用消毒剂冲洗阴道，就有可能破坏阴道的防御功能。另外，频繁使用中药洗剂和高锰酸钾洗外阴，还可使外阴皮肤的抗病能力下降。经常使用高锰酸钾还可使皮肤油脂减少，皮肤过干，引起外阴瘙痒症。</P>
<P> </P>
<P> 在日常生活中，加强自我保护意识，养成良好卫生习惯和注意一些“小节”，往往对预防妇科病能起到事半功倍的作用。例如，在公共浴室不乱放衣物；清洗外阴、洗涤内裤后再洗脚；不与其他人换穿衣服，尤其是内衣；清洗阴部的盆子、毛巾一定要专用，毛巾要定期煮沸消毒，患有手足癣的妇女一定要早治疗，否则易引起了霉菌性阴道炎；夏季衣着过单时尽量避免在公共汽车上久坐；不长期滥用抗生素和化学药物冲洗阴道，以防菌群失调引起霉菌性阴道炎等等。</P> </P></SPAN>
