                <span style="font-family: 宋体;">　除性交外，还有很多原因可以造成处女膜破裂，如：不恰当的剧烈体育运动、外伤、手淫及被强暴等等。在传统的道德观念仍然占主导地位的中国，处女膜完整与否仍被视为衡量一个女人是否贞洁的唯一标准，这直接影响到她们的婚姻、家庭及幸福。</span><font face="Arial"> </font><p class="MsoBodyTextIndent2" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;">&nbsp;</p><p class="MsoBodyTextIndent2" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">　　处女膜修补（复）术是针对因上述各种原因导致的处女膜破裂所进行的一种手术方法。一般说来，绝大多数处女膜破裂可以通过手术来修复，但若有孕足月阴道分娩或大月份引产史者则很难修复如初。处女膜修补术的最佳手术时机为月经干净后</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Arial">5</font></span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">天至下次月经来潮前</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Arial">10</font></span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">天为宜。手术前一定要与手术医生见面，交流</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Arial">1-2</font></span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">次，以充分了解手术的细节。医生应先检查患者是否有阴道炎或外阴的炎症，若有需先将炎症治愈后再手术，以利手术的成功，减少合并症。处女膜修补术是一种很精细的手术，要求有经验的妇科医生来完成。手术在局麻下进行，术中无痛，术后可进行正常工作，无需卧床休息，医生会告诉患者术后的有关注意事项。处女膜在生理学、组织学和解剖学方面有一些特殊性。处女膜的血管分布少，血液供应较差，神经分布少，缺少肌肉纤维，主要由弹力和胶元纤维组成，故愈合能力较差，手术后少部分患者创伤面愈合不良而导致手术失败。因此，手术后</span><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Arial">1-2</font></span><span style="font-family: 宋体;">周一定要到医院复查，以了解手术是否成功。由有经验的妇科整形医生手术会增加手术成功机率。</span><span style="color: red; font-family: Verdana;" lang="EN-US"><a href="http://www.bjtqyy.com/"><font color="#ff3366"><strong><span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: 宋体;" lang="EN-US"></span></strong></font></a></span></p></div>
