<p> 张女士婚后两年不孕，遍寻各种医治不孕不育的验方和“专家”，药服用了不少，可张女士腹中始终不见动静，最后来到妇幼保健院检查，不孕的原因竟是输卵管粘连阻塞所致，行输卵管疏通术后不到两月，便怀上了宝宝。 <br />
近年来的临床实践表明，女性生殖器官的粘连阻塞等疾患，己成为女性不孕最常见的原因之一。如输卵管阻塞就约占整个不孕的30％—40％；宫腔粘连约占10％。这些看似简单却易被忽视的病因，有必要引起不孕夫妇的充分认识。<br />
输卵管在女性生育功能方面起着重要的作用，它位于精子通过和精卵结合以及受精卵运行的“要塞”，具有“一夫当关，万夫莫开”的特殊地位。近年来，由于、宫腔感染、子宫内膜异位等疾患不断增加，各种炎症引起输卵管局部组织增生进而发生粘连和阻塞也十分常见。而一旦发生输卵管阻塞，即使卵子已经受精，也无法进入子宫，便不能受孕，如果停留在输卵管内发育，则可能成为危险的宫外孕。由此可见，输卵管阻塞对已婚待孕妇女的危害是不可小视的。随着医学科学的发展，输卵管疏通技术也在不断提高，既往的宫腔内注液、宫内注气、宫腔镜或开腹术直视下的检查治疗，由于存在过敏、并发感染、血管损伤等缺陷，已逐渐被内窥镜、介入性B超、导丝再通术和气囊导管再通术等先进技术所取代，患者在极小创伤下即可完成复杂的手术，手术效果也十分满意。<br />
宫腔粘连常见于反复多次刮宫内膜损伤过多、子宫内膜慢性炎症的破坏作用等。宫腔粘连的主要症状是月经减少或闭经。在宫腔粘连的病人中，继发性不孕的发生率极高，可达86％以上。因此，育龄妇女凡有刮宫史、特别是刮宫手术后感染史，出现月经减少、闭经、不孕时都应考虑到宫颈粘连的可能，及时去医院检查，以便早期诊断。<br />
预防宫腔粘连主要是针对其诱发原因采取相应对策，如避免人流刮宫和积极防治子宫及生殖道的炎症，一旦发现宫腔粘连应及早积极治疗，否则粘连纤维化后分离十分困难，而且经血潴留或倒流可引起子宫内膜异位症等疾患，最终需切除子宫，这对尚需生育的妇女来说是莫大的遗憾。</p>
