<font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 原因不明不孕症仅指夫妇双方经常规不孕症检查，夫妇都具备了受孕的三个基本条件。但影响受孕的因素是多方面的，常见的原因不明性不孕症相关的病因如下：<br />
⑴ 盆腔子宫内膜异位症：子宫内膜异位症是不孕的主要原因之一，内异症并发不孕率高达30％～40％，中、重度的异位症易被发现的诊断，但许多轻度<br />
内异症，可无临床症状，但恰可造成不孕。<br />
⑵ 免疫因素：免疫因素以往并没有作为不孕常规检查项目。目前正渐被重视，抗精子抗体、抗卵透明带抗体，抗子宫内膜抗体等对精子，卵子结合，受精和胚胎着床均有一定影响，而致免疫性不孕，它约占不孕总数的10％～20％。<br />
⑶ 宫颈粘液因素：宫颈粘液的物理、化学性质的改变均可直接影响到精子的生存活力及穿透能力。假如排卵期无相应的质稀薄透明，似蛋清样的粘液，不利于精子穿透宫颈，影响受精。<br />
⑷ 子宫内膜因素：子宫内膜对雌激素反应差，排卵期子宫内膜薄，不利于受精卵种植。<br />
⑸ 排卵假象：在不孕妇女中约有20％～30％在月经周期中基础体温可出现双相。子宫内膜在月经后期有分泌反应，但实际尚并无排卵，这就是卵泡未破裂黄素化综合征，体内有一定孕激素水平，但未排卵。<br />
⑹ 卵巢黄体功能不全：虽有排卵，但黄体功能不全，孕激素分泌不足，而使子宫内膜分泌不良，不利于受精卵着床。<br />
⑺ 年龄因素：35岁以上的女性，非凡是40岁以上者，卵巢功能和卵子的内在质量下降，虽然各项检查均属正常，但自然生育力已下降。<br />
⑻ 子宫发育因素：子宫发育不良，宫腔容积较小，内膜较薄，不利于受精卵着床。<br />
⑼ 精神、心理因素：精神紧张、心理因素不稳定，可影响性功能和丘脑－垂体－卵巢性腺周的协调，从而影响月经周期及排卵功能。<br />
以上因素均可造成不孕，如能发现这些原因，积极治疗，都能获得良好的效果。</font>
