<P>　　豆腐渣究竟是什么</P>
<P>　　这种白色分泌物特征为白色稠厚呈凝乳或豆腐渣样，因其由脱落上皮细胞和菌丝体、酵母菌和假菌丝做成。造成这种白色分泌物的主要原因是阴道内念珠菌失衡造成的。</P>
<P>　　造成阴道内念珠菌失衡的缘由</P>
<P>　　女性特殊的生理构造，决定女性这一部位总是多事地带。阴道由阴道口与外界相通，外界临近环境有尿道、肛门的排泄物及腺体的分泌物，阴道平时有白带、月经血流出，同时它又是性交和分娩时的通道，再加上阴道口又温暖又潮湿的环境，因此很容易感染白色念珠菌。</P>
<P>　　其实白色念珠菌在有些人的口腔、肠道、阴道都有，但不致引起发病，之所以发病有多方面的原因：</P>
<P>　　1、自身抵抗力下降：尽管阴道本身有自净作用，但当这种作用减弱或者病原体的致病力强的时候，会引起发病。</P>
<P>　　2、性生活传染：如果男性患有念珠菌感染，在性生活中可将这种病传染给妻子。</P>
<P>　　3、公共浴具造成感染：使用消毒不严格的公共浴盆、浴巾等，念珠菌再次找到安家的地方，造成感染。</P>
<P>　　4、内裤造成感染：新买来的内裤，在拖运过程中，容易被各种细菌污染，如果买回后不经清洗，就穿在身上，也容易造成感染。有些人喜欢穿紧身内裤，内裤又非纯棉质地，导致外阴部潮湿又不透气，给念珠菌创造了有利的生长环境。</P>
<P>　　5、糖尿病患者及孕妇：她们的阴道上皮糖原增多，酸度增加，易于念珠菌的滋长。</P>
<P>　　6、经常或长期使用广谱抗生素：抗生素破坏了阴道内菌群间的制约关系，念珠菌大举进犯，生长旺盛。</P>
