</span></font> 宫腔镜下插管通液检查，但由于是一种盲通盲插，因输卵管是从子宫沿续出的一个肌性管道结构。所以不能确定输卵管是否堵塞、堵塞部位及性质，且由于是一种盲通盲极易引起输卵管穿孔，若为输卵管伞端堵塞不仅不能提供诊断而且有可能引起输卵管破裂象宫外孕破裂腹腔内大出血的危险，因此该方法用来检查和治疗输卵管是不足取的。应予废止。<br />

<p style="line-height: 150%">腹腔镜下输卵管通畅性检查<br />
<br />
腹腔镜下输卵管通畅性检查和治疗，只能在经造影检查后确定为输卵管堵塞的部位为输卵管伞端梗阻及疑有输卵管周围的粘连情况时才进行腹腔镜下输卵管伞端造口术、输卵管周围粘连分离术等。<br />
<br />
输卵管病变是导致女性不孕的主要病因，占30%－40%，检查输卵管的方法很多，目前常用的有输卵管通液（气）法、子宫输卵管造影法及腹腔镜下输卵管通液法，这些方法仅能了解输卵管的走行、通畅性及盆腔组织粘连等，属输卵管解剖功能方面的检查。<br />
<br />
输卵管镜可在直视下观察输卵管的内腔上皮，了解其功能状态，为输卵管性不孕提供诊断及确定治疗方案。这是输卵管镜的优势所在，是其他检查方法所不具备的。但是没有哪一种方法能对输卵管有一个全面准确的了解，每一种检查都有局限性，将输卵管镜与腹腔镜和子宫输卵管造影术结合起来，检查输卵管通畅性及功能状态，可能是最好的选择。了解输卵管堵塞的具体堵塞部位和性质正是确立输卵管堵塞治疗方法的关键所在。</p>
