                        <p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">●●克罗米芬在促进排卵中可谓具有重要的作用，是目前治疗无排卵型不孕症很常用的促排卵药物之一。但该药服用过程中需要注意的地方较多，患者服用时应该有所了解。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　●●克罗米芬的药理特性：该药为人工合成的非甾体制剂，化学结构与己烯雌酚相似。是一种具有较强的抗雌激素效应和较弱的雌激素作用的药物。其药理作用的机制尚不十分明确，可能是低剂量药物作用于下丘脑部位，与雌激素竞争受体，解除雌激素的反馈作用，刺激内源性GnRH释放，促进脑垂体分泌FSH及LH,诱发排卵，也可能作用于卵巢，增加卵泡对促性腺激素的反应。克罗米芬无直接促排卵作用，也无黄素化、雄性化和抗雄性化作用。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　●●一般服用方法：该药在月经周期或撤药性出血第5日开始，每日50mg，连服5日。如基础体温在服末次药后 6-10日内上升0.3℃-0.5℃，以后并继续保持在此高度12日以上者，表明有排卵及黄体形成现象。黄体期高温相一般维持在12-16日之间,如体温下降及月经来潮，表示该周期内有排卵而未受孕。则下一周期第5日起可以用同一剂量给药，连续观察3-5周期。除基础体温曲线指标外，在服克罗米芬14日之后取血测孕酮值,若此值%26gt;10ng/ml可认为已有排卵和黄体分泌功能。但是，若用50mg剂量未能诱发排卵时，则下一周期应递增至100mg,以此类推，每次增加50mg，最高剂量可达每日200-250mg，连服5日。用药后高温相超越16日，常常提示有可能发生妊娠，应留尿测绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)或用早孕酶免疫测定法(EIPT)确定是否受孕。<br />
