<div> 在我国乳腺癌已成为威胁女性健康的主要杀手。虽然乳腺癌总体愈后较好，但治疗不规范，反而会给病人带来巨大的副作用及不必要的经济负担，甚至破坏正常免疫力、诱发肿瘤耐药而加速肿瘤发展。由于肿瘤在手术前即有全身性微小转移，现在治疗的重点已从乳腺广泛切除转为局部切除，全身性治疗如化疗和内分泌治疗的应用也越来越多。<br />
内分泌治疗现已广泛用于乳腺癌治疗的各阶段，既可单用也可与化疗合并使用。目前最常用的内分泌药物是三苯氧胺，它疗效肯定，使用方便，但长期用药容易产生耐药及肝、视网膜毒性，尤其是会诱发子宫内膜癌。三苯氧胺无效者或担心其副作用者虽可改用其它类型的内分泌药物，如氨鲁米特、孕激素等。但它们在疗效或耐受性方面都不够理想，临床使用也受到限制，因此临床迫切需要一个作用机理独特、疗效与安全性俱佳的药物，在三苯氧胺不宜使用时作为替代。</div>
<div> 兰他隆(Lentaron)，就是这样一种新型乳腺癌治疗药物。兰他隆特异的结构可以与雌激素生成的关键酶——芳香化酶发生不可逆的结合并使其失去活性，从而阻断雌激素生成并大大降低体内雌激素水平。由于雌激素是乳腺最重要的促分裂因子，缺乏雌激素将使癌细胞的生长停止，使肿瘤缩小，病人症状改善，从而达到治疗目的。</div>
<div> 兰他隆的作用机理不同于现有的乳腺癌治疗药物，与它们没有交叉耐药，因此即使在其它治疗方法失败后仍可能起效，与化疗协同使用还可进一步提高疗效并延缓肿瘤复发。作为新一代的芳香化酶抑制剂，兰他隆不干扰醛固酮和可的松代谢，不需要加激素；临床试验表明：对复发病人单有兰他隆，客观缓解率17%~26%，病情稳定率20%~30%，平均缓解时间13~33个月。而且兰他隆治疗取得病情稳定者，其生存时间也接近于取得完全缓解者。动物试验还证实：兰他隆可预防78%的乳腺癌发生，降低乳腺癌死亡率83%。</div>
<div> 兰他隆与其它内分泌药物相比，不仅在有效率、缓解时间、总生存时间等指标上有提高，而且副作用显著减少，适合体质较差和伴有高血压、糖尿病或心功能不良者长期使用。 </div>
