              宫外孕破裂是妇科急诊死亡率最高的疾病，可以用“凶险”二字来形容，即使是在医疗条件很好的今天，宫外孕的死亡率仍不低于2%―3%，而在上个世纪50年代以前，这个比例就更高。近十年医生发现，宫外孕在全世界范围有明显增多趋势。美国2000年所做的调查显示，宫外孕的发生率已达以前的6倍，由原来的6%。上升到目前的2%。</P>
<P>　　宫外孕之所以凶险，就是因为它容易被人忽略。停经后，如果出现下腹痛、阴道出血等症状，很多人不当回事，直到发生剧烈腹痛，即腹腔内大出血，才急急忙忙上医院，很多人就因为抢救不及时失去了生命。 据介绍，宫外孕可以发生在不同部位，其中输卵管最多，占70%―80%，其次是宫颈和卵巢。此外，还有种植在腹腔里的。因为胚胎需要获得营养，所以会侵蚀母亲的血管来“扎根”，这就是引起大出血的原因。</P>
<P>　　宫外孕目前的病因还不清楚，但是医生发现，宫外孕有三大危险因素。首先，盆腔炎症，特别是输卵管炎症，如果存在梗阻、内膜破坏等问题，容易诱发宫外孕。其次，宫外孕与避孕失败(包括带宫内节育器失败和服避孕药失败)有关。再次，宫外孕与腹腔手术有关，特别是盆腔的手术，如阑尾炎手术等，如果造成盆腔粘连，就有可能诱发宫外孕的发生。</P>
<P>　　停经、下腹痛、不规则出血要想到宫外孕</P>
<P>　　“宫外孕的典型症状为停经后出现下腹痛，过10天左右出现不规则阴道出血。”如果这时患者还没有引起重视，过些日子就会发生腹腔内出血了。因此，医生建议，如果停经后出现下腹痛和不规则阴道出血，就要想到宫外孕的可能，应作妇科检查，他们还建议所有孕早期妇女都作B超检查。</P>
<P>　　对于怀疑宫外孕的妇女，作高分辨率的彩超检查，并化验β―HCG，基本上就能明确诊断了。</P>
<P>　　早发现能吃药解决</P>
<P>　　“过去，人们治疗宫外孕只有开腹手术这一条路，现在医学大大进步了，主要有三种治疗方法。”徐主任说。</P>
<P>　　宫外孕在破裂前，胚胎还没完全发育，可以保守治疗，即肌肉注射氨甲喋呤，就能够终止妊娠。但是这种治疗不是100%都能达到目的，但大约1/3病人可以由此免于手术。<BR></P> </P></SPAN>
