<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000> 美国1981年在世界上首次报告在男性同性恋者中发现一种新的——艾滋病。在美国，73%的艾滋病病人是同性恋或两重性恋的男性。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000> 对此，人们不解为什么同性恋（主要为男性同性恋）者容易发生。回答这一问题，就要从什么是同性恋、同性恋者的性行为方式谈起。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000> 人类正常的性关系，是在异性之间通过外生殖器交媾的一种性行为。而同性恋则是在同性之间发生的此种交媾行为的关系，其中包括男性同性恋和女性同性恋。目前，精神科医生把同性恋归为性变态症的一种表现。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000> 男性同性恋主要是通过手淫和鸡奸来发泄性欲，通常有主动和被动之分。主动者多为生理正常的男性；被动者则不然，他们乐于扮演“女性”角色，以其肛门代替阴道与主动者进行肛交。可见被动者是男性同性恋的主犯，往往是非采用强制办法所不能抑制的。而主动者经疏导教育或有了异性配偶后，可以不治自愈。一般常行鸡奸的主动者，阴茎龟头尖小而根部膨大，被动者则肛门粘膜放射状皱折变平，并有潜在斑痕，肛门扩张呈漏斗状。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000> 女性同性恋一般比男性为少，由于她们主要是通过手淫进行性行为故医源性危害比男性要小。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000> 目前，医学家认为男性同性恋者易患，尤其是艾滋病，可能是以下两个原因：</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000> 第一、一些学者认为，混乱的性关系常常导致强暴的性行为，况且男性本身性欲较强，容易冲动，因而男性之间发生的性行为往往是粗暴和剧烈的。由于直肠粘膜比阴道壁脆弱得多，强暴的性行为可能使直肠粘膜受到破坏，而鸡奸本身在阴茎插入肛门时，器官伸展受限也会引起裂伤、出血等，致使精液和血液中的病原体，直接通过伤口血液传染或相互感染。此外，肛门是人体排泄粪便的地方，不仅脏而且还滞留着许多消化道的寄生虫和病菌，这些病原体进入血流， 互相感染。因此，目前国外已将甲型肝炎、阿米巴病等也列入中。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000> 第二、由于男性同性恋是一种性变态症，因而有此行为者毕竟是少数，这种人群的范围也有限。由于他们只能在有限的范围内发生性关系，因而一旦引进同性恋盛行地区，这组人群的发病率便急剧上升。在美国，有的同性恋者的“恋人”很多，甚至一天晚上可与十几个人发生性关系，这种乱交行为会使很快扩散。因此，男性同性恋在传播上比异性恋危害更大。</FONT></P>
