<p> 冠心病全名叫冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病，是中老年人常见的心脏病，其最常见症状为心绞痛。然而，冠心病在中年女子中却较少见，这是因为女性受雌激素保护，血脂比较正常，不易发生动脉粥样硬化，可是，有一些中年妇女，时有心绞痛发作，心电图上也显示有心肌缺血，但冠状动脉造影正常(冠心病冠状动脉造影可显示冠状动脉及其分支有狭窄)。这种情况有人称为“X综合征”。 </p>
<p> 患X综合征者约占心绞痛病人的9%。这些人常无高血压、高血脂及糖尿病，可有轻度脂代谢紊乱、糖耐量不正常。其心绞痛可有典型发作，舌下含服硝酸甘油制剂仅部分人有效。</p>
<p> X综合征的病因还未完全明了。本病尽管症状很严重但预后良好，不会发生心肌梗死。</p>
<p> 多数患者在更年期后可自行缓解。症状明显者应用β受体阻滞剂心得安、倍他乐克等，也可服用冠状动脉扩张剂如硝酸甘油类制剂，钙离子拮抗剂硝苯地平、络活喜等。同时要消除顾虑与恐惧，乐观豁达，避免不良情绪，如伴有失眠、多梦等表现者可适当应用镇静剂，伴缺铁性贫血者可应用铁剂，加服维生素C，矫治缺铁。</p>
<p> 本病症并非少见，有许多人可长期误诊为冠心病。患者可由于紧张、焦虑、恐惧，唯恐发生心肌梗死，因而使症状日益加重，即使服药也疗效不佳，对这些病人，如条件许可进行冠状动脉造影十分必要，这样有助于明确诊断，解除思想顾虑，以减轻或缓解症状。</p>
