多囊卵巢综合症发病的原因不是很清楚的，为什么会导致高LH高雄，导致胰岛素不敏感，只是中间某一个因素，但是为什么会发病，现在也不是很清楚，可能跟家族的遗传有关系，比如说家里的妈妈、姐妹得了卵巢综合症，你的发病率是比较高的。<br />
<br />
另外跟营养条件比较好有关系，比如说胖的女孩子，欧美国家的女孩子发病率就比较高，像非洲就很少，总的来说，多囊卵巢的肥胖者比较多，往往是肥胖、月经不调，多毛，这是典型的临床表现，但是也有瘦型的，前不久，前年有一个多囊卵巢综合症诊断的标准，第一条就是排卵障碍，表现为月经跳、不育，有多毛、肥胖，这些都可以在里面。<br />

第二就是实验室的检查LH：FSH大于2.5—3，有的高一倍也可以，就是比值不正常。第三条就是B超看卵巢有多囊表现，就是一个切面的小卵泡超过10—12个，没有大卵泡发育起来，这三条如果有两条符合就可以诊断多囊卵巢综合症，所以是综合症，是异质性。月经规律、卵巢多囊表现，到最终的月经不规律，肥胖、不育等等，这个妇女可能不肥胖，月经还很规律，但是不排卵的，都可以，它是很多都可以的，只要符合三条里的两条就够了。 字串3 <br />

可是有一些妇女是偶尔的，并不是绝对不排卵，有的时候是稀发排卵或者是不排卵，如果有稀发排卵，就有可能怀孕，只要有排卵就有可能怀孕，哪怕一年排一次就怀上了，所以是排卵障碍。多囊卵巢综合症有什么症状，是怎么查出来的，这个也顺便的解释清楚了，为什么会查，往往是病人月经不规律，或者是不育时去查的。这个人群的发病率是比较高的，怀孕的机会是比较小，她的治疗是医生要帮助促排卵，但是还是有希望的，我们大概80%患者通过辅助治疗，通过积极的促排卵就可以得到孩子，机会还是很好的。<br />
