<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (1)先天性子宫缺如、子宫畸形：可根据具体情况进行处理，如考虑作矫形手术等，一般不属于不孕症治疗范畴。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (2)子宫发育不良：往往不是不孕的直接原因,必要时可考虑作人工周期治疗。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (3)子宫肌瘤：子宫肌瘤的不孕率为30%～40%，影响不孕的程度与肌瘤的部位、大小、数目有关。如合并附件炎症、子宫内膜异位症则不孕的可能性更大。可考虑手术治疗(肌瘤剔除术等)。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (4)子宫内膜异位症：可采用孕激素治疗，假孕疗法、丹那唑等。如经保守治疗6～12月无明显好转，可考虑作保守手术治疗。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (5)子宫内膜炎：非结核性子宫内膜炎者大多数子宫内膜炎随月经期内膜的剥落可自行痊愈 ,必要时可根据细菌培养和药物敏感试验，来选用抗菌素治疗。结核性子宫内膜炎可予以抗结核治疗。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (6)宫腔粘连：对于结核性患者可予以抗结核治疗。对于外伤性宫腔粘连患者可用Hegar氏扩张器或钝刮匙分离宫腔粘连，有条件可在宫腔镜直视下进行。术后宫腔内放置节育器，应用抗生素防治感染,雌激素促进子宫内膜增生。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (7)子宫位置异常：单纯性子宫后屈，经手法可将子宫复为前位，并指导其性生活，可收到良好的效果。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (8)子宫内膜功能异常：有下列三种疾患：①子宫内膜萎缩：排除器质性病变以后，可用人工周期治疗。②子宫内膜增生症：治疗主要是促进诱发排卵。③分泌期内膜功能不全：应先排除全身代谢疾病、营养不良、贫血、精神紧张等因素，治疗可采用激素补偿法和黄体功能刺激法。若雌激素不足，可于月经干净以后3～5天开始，天天服用小量雌激素，连续20天。对雌、孕激素均不足的患者，可于排卵后2～3天开始天天口服含小量雌激素的合成孕激素制剂，连续7～10天。对于单纯性孕激素不足的患者，可在黄体期予以适量的孕激素补偿治疗。此外，可用绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)于排卵后天天或隔天注射1000～3000u，共5次,以刺激黄体功能。<br />
