40岁的张女士事业有成后，终于考虑要生个可爱的baby。可无论他们夫妻如何努力，始终没有怀孕的迹象。到医院检查，原来张女士因患上慢性盆腔炎，迁延不愈，已经造成不孕。 <BR><BR>多种原因引发疾患 <BR> 求医者看到化验单上的诊断结果后觉得奇怪：自己平时都很注意个人卫生，怎么会得盆腔炎症呢？ <BR><BR> 据周主任介绍，女性生殖系统与泌尿系统完全分开，生殖系统外面通过阴道口与外界相通，里面通过输卵管开口与盆腔、腹腔相通。一方面阴道口较大，外面的病菌容易进去诱发炎症，另一方面阴道里本身就常驻很多致病菌，平常免疫力好的时候大家相安无事，但当免疫力下降时，这些致病菌就会兴风作浪，导致炎症的发生。 <BR><BR> 引起盆腔炎的原因很多，主要是产后、流产后感染，或者做了子宫腔内的手术如刮宫术、输卵管通液等。但是也有不少是由于经期不注意卫生，特别是月经期性交，感染了等也容易引起盆腔炎。有不洁性生活史、多个性伴侣、开始性生活时年龄太小等原因都容易感染疾病，进而继发盆腔炎。因此，盆腔炎大多数发生于性活跃期和育龄期的妇女。随着婚前性行为的增多，盆腔炎的发生率也有所增加。 <BR><BR>从细微处呵护自己 <BR> 女性发生生殖道炎症的原因有多种，但与性生活有重要的关系。例如男方用手爱抚时没有洗手，指甲过长藏污纳垢；同房前没有洗净私处，增加了感染机会；男性包皮过长，成为细菌、病毒的滋生场所，极易传染给对方；同房后懒于排尿和清洗等均是女性白带异常的重要原因，要针对上述原因进行预防性处理。 <BR><BR> 未婚女子由于处女膜的屏障作用，细菌很难侵入，所以很少发生盆腔炎。有了性生活后，阴道相对处于一种开放状态，给细菌可趁之机。正常的、洁净的性生活是不会给女性带来任何危害的，女性的阴道分泌物也有自洁的作用。但是如果不注意清洁卫生，病菌侵入阴道，就增加了女性患生殖器官炎症的可能性。 <BR><BR> 女性要学会保护自己，在没有打算要宝宝的时候，一定要做足避孕措施，反复人工流产的妇女易发生生殖系统的炎症，甚至不孕。经期不宜过于劳累，注意营养补充，少吃甚至不吃生冷食物。 <BR><BR> 不要乱用抗生素 <BR> 周主任还还提醒说，对于明确的慢性盆腔炎，目前主要的应对措施是好好休息，避免劳累，可服用中成消炎药，如千金片、妇乐冲剂等。西药的抗生素对于盆腔炎的效果不佳，如果不是再次感染导致的盆腔炎急性发作，就不要用，以免引起菌群失调等不良后果。 <BR><BR> 再次强调，慢性盆腔炎一般不会导致严重后果，但有的患者可能并发慢性输卵管炎和输卵管积水，从而导致不孕，这样的患者就要采用手术治疗了。过去，为了避免反复感染，曾主张手术切除子宫和附件，但是考虑到患者的生活质量，目前这种根治术已经很少做了。
