<div> 前不久，急诊室来了一位女病人，由两个家人搀扶着，蜷曲着身体，双手捂着腹部，苍白的面容因痛苦而扭曲着。值班医生询问病史和检查后诊断她患有痛经，注射止痛针后病情缓解。这位40岁的何女士已痛经10年，开始时是每次月经来潮的第一、二天有轻微的下腹痛和腰酸，并未引起注意，症状逐渐加重，后来发展到整个月经期下腹痛，腰痛，必须服止痛药和卧床休息方能缓解。近一年症状愈加严重，超量的止痛药已不能解决问题，每次来月经都像得了一场大病，需由家人送到医院急诊打止痛针，而且月经量明显增多，大块大块的血块和血水像水一样流出，由此导致重度贫血。她跑遍了省内各大医院，诊断书上都是同一个病名：子宫腺肌病。中药西药她吃了一大堆，病情不但没有好转，反而越来越重，医生多次建议她把子宫切掉，可是何女士对输血有很大的顾虑，因此迟迟下不了切子宫的决心。<br />
当医生告诉她介入治疗可能解决她的烦恼时，她马上按期就诊。经过详细的检查，确诊何女士确实是得了子宫腺肌病。这种病是由于子宫内膜跑到了子宫肌层，随着月经周期出血而无法流出，形成出血灶，导致子宫增大、痛经、月经过多、不孕，而且症状进行性加重，药物治疗效果不佳。以往治疗的最后手段只有切除子宫，而介入治疗可阻断病灶的血流供应，使异位的子宫内膜坏死而达到根治的目的，创伤极少，无需开腹切除子宫，恢复快，绝大部分的患者能达到治愈或明显减轻症状的目的。何女士经过慎重考虑后选择了介入治疗。介入治疗后，她仅有中度到轻度的下腹痛或臀部酸胀感，口服止痛药即可控制，一周后症状基本消失。出院休息一周后何女士就正常上斑了，其月经量明显减少，5个月后贫血明显好转，血红蛋白值由5克上升至10克。如今，折磨她多年的痛经完全消失了，不仅脸色好了，人也精神了，像换了个人似的。 </div>
