<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 腹腔镜检查常用于临床诊断不能确定的情况，如内生殖器发育异常、肿瘤、炎症、异位妊 娠、子宫内膜异位症、子宫穿孔、原因不明的下腹痛等，对不孕症患者使用主要用于： <br />
①不明原因的不孕症，被列为使用腹腔镜检查不孕的首要指征。有人报告24例不明原因的不孕症，通过腹腔镜检查，18例找到了不孕原因，占75%，而少数(25%)病人应以其他方法追查不孕原因。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">②子宫内膜异位症引起的不孕。轻度者往往没有症状，妇科检查也无异常发现，被称为隐匿性子宫内膜异位症。腹腔镜检查可以发现点状或片状异位的子宫内膜病灶，呈紫红或咖啡色，散播于腹膜或盆腔器官表面。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">③子宫输卵管造影正常者，如无其他病因，半年内约有50 %的妇 女受孕。超过半年仍未受孕者，应作腹腔镜检查。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">④在腹腔镜检查时，经阴道、宫颈、向宫腔注入美蓝，通过腹腔镜可直接观察到美蓝流经输卵管，溢出伞端口而入盆腔，证明输卵管通畅。如不通，则可见到阻塞部位。同时可观察到输卵管和卵巢周围粘连的范围和程度，卵巢与输卵管伞端的解剖关系，以估计输卵管的蠕动和卵子的捡拾功能。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">⑤凡有产后感染史、盆腔炎史、盆腔手术史、阑尾手术史的不孕病人，应做腹腔镜检查,以便及早发现可能出现的盆腔粘连，并分离粘连。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">⑥鉴别结核性盆腔炎与慢性盆腔炎及子宫内膜异位症等临床难以诊断的疾病。如出现粟粒状结节、干酪样物、钙化结节、输卵管僵硬呈串珠状等，即可诊断为盆腔结核。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">⑦多囊卵巢综合征，有些病例症状很不典型，检查也无典型体征，促黄体生成素增高不明显，腹腔镜检查则有助于诊断。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">⑧黄体化卵泡未破裂综合征：B超不能确诊者，腹腔镜检查可以区别排卵与否,镜检时间宜在基础体温上升2～4天时。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">腹腔镜检查不适用于盆腔包块、生殖系统畸型等。</font></p>
