<div> 中山大学第二附属医院妇产科教授杨冬梓表示，如今女青年痛经的大约有三成，而且现在的孩子受的挫折少，耐受力差，与痛经现象也有关系。杨教授认为痛经较复杂，有的人过分担心，其实身体并没有毛病，有的人不当回事，结果等结婚后不孕才找医生查出了病症，两种态度都不可取，重要的是弄清自己属于哪一类型的痛经。 疼痛难忍吃点止痛片无害 杨教授解释，痛经有两种，一种叫原发性痛经，可以像生孩子那么疼，可是身体没有器质性病变。之所以痛得那么折磨人，一是因为女性来月经时会产生前列腺素，刺激子宫的平滑肌收缩。由于人的胃肠壁也都有平滑肌，也会受到刺激，所以有的女孩痛经时会呕吐，那就是胃肠痉挛的表现。二是月经时子宫内膜大块剥脱，堵塞住子宫颈口，子宫会作出自然反应，加强收缩将其排出，引起疼痛。尤其是那些子宫颈口窄小的女孩更易痛经。原发性痛经不会持续很久，一般月经来的第一天痛得厉害，几个小时至24小时就会缓解。大多数少女痛经都是原发性痛经，一般分娩后或在婚后随年龄增长逐渐消失。 因为痛经会影响学习或工作，杨教授主张实在痛得难忍时可以吃点止痛片。一个月吃一两颗止痛片，没多大的副作用，不会吃坏脑子。 某女痛经大意导致不育 精神因素其实也是那些敏感的女孩痛经的原因，精神压力大的时候，比如学习紧张时，有的女孩就会痛经，待精神放松后就不痛了。 另一种痛经是继发性痛经，是子宫等生殖器官有病引起的，如子宫内膜异位、子宫肌瘤、慢性盆腔炎等等。继发性痛经与原发性痛经有很大不同。原发性痛经是月经初潮一二年内开始痛，每次第一天痛得厉害后缓解，而且是小腹正中间痉挛式的痛。继发性痛经初潮头一二年不痛，后来才痛，持续三四天，甚至干净了还痛，渐进性越来越痛，痛感逐年增加，而且是某一点特别痛。 继发性经痛一定要到妇科找医生好好查一查，不能掉以轻心。某女，少女时代不把痛经当回事，26岁时结了婚，就是没有孩子生。到妇科一检查，是子宫内膜异位症，此病影响受精卵在子宫内着床。 杨教授主张原发性痛经的女孩最好是看中医进行调理，痛经是身体诸多因素的结果，中医讲究身体的整体治疗，“痛则不通，通则不痛”的理念很适合治疗痛经。 小贴士 若月经来时肚子不舒服，可用热水袋热敷，还可喝些生姜红糖水、玫瑰花茶等暂时缓解。 中医认为，月经病与肾功能、脾、肝、气血、子宫等都相关，而且痛经有寒热虚实之分，可以痛感来分类。喝热饮痛感减弱属寒，痛感加剧属热，喜按喜揉者属虚，越按越痛者属热。痛经者平时应忌食生冷和酸辣食物，以清淡易消化为佳。以下是几个痛经食疗方： 1.气虚血弱型，羊肉炖当归北芪：当归50克，羊肉500克，北芪30克，吃肉喝汤。 2.肝肾亏损型，川芎丹参煲鸡蛋：川芎6克，丹参12克，鸡蛋两个，加水同煮待蛋熟后去壳再煮片刻，吃蛋喝汤。 3.寒凝血淤型，生姜红糖水：生姜15克，红糖适量，开水冲泡当茶饮。 4.气滞血淤型，益母草煮鸡蛋：益母草30克，鸡蛋两个，加水同煮待蛋熟后再煮片刻，吃蛋喝汤。 5.湿热蕴热型，丝瓜红糖汤：老丝瓜250克洗净切碎，红糖适量，煎汤趁热喝。 </div>
