<p> 在正常情况下，男性的精液在刚刚射出体外时属于液化状态，而在很短的时间内，就会凝固成胶冻状或凝块状，大约经10--30分钟的时间，精液就液化成水样液体，这个过程就是精液的液化，这种现象属正常的生理现象。如精液排出体外，超过30分钟仍呈胶冻状，则属于病理情况，称为精液不液化。</p>

●●这个过程，是非常符合人类生育要求的。精液开始的液化状态，非常有利于射精，接着变为胶冻状是为了让精液能在女性阴道内停留而不轻易流出，以后又液化是为了让精液中的精子充分活动，以便沿女性生殖道向输卵管部位游动，利于精卵结合和受精。如果不是这样的生理过程，说明精液出现了问题。 </p>

●●之所以精液凝固成胶冻状态，是由于精囊腺分泌的凝固蛋白造成的。而精液中由前列腺分泌的蛋白水解酶和纤维蛋白溶酶，可以分解这种凝固蛋白，促使精液液化。因此，精液不液化是凝固蛋白增多或蛋白水解酶、纤维蛋白溶酶减少造成的。在进行精液分析时，如精液呈不凝固状态，则可能是由于射精管缺陷或先天性精囊腺缺乏造成的。</p>

●●精液不液化，常常影响精子的自由运动。不液化的精液在显微镜下可见精子凝集成团，不能活动或只缓慢蠕动。此种精液中的精子在女性生殖道内的运动明显受到阻碍，精子不可能上行进入宫颈管、子宫腔及输卵管，不能与卵子相遇，使受精发生障碍。</p>

●●精液不液化常见的原因。从临床上来看，精液不液化往往是精囊炎和前列腺炎所致前列腺分泌的纤维蛋白溶解酶不足，或者微量元素（镁、锌等）缺乏，也有的是先天性前列腺缺如等。我们知道，前列腺和精囊的分泌物参与了精液的凝固与液化过程，精囊产生的凝固因子引起精液凝固，而前列腺产生的蛋白分解酶、溶纤蛋白酶等精液液化因子使精液液化。一旦精囊或前列腺发生了炎症，可使以上因子的分泌发生障碍，造成凝固因子增多或液化因子减少，形成精液不液化症。所以，在男性出现精液不液化的时候，大夫常常告诉患者检查前列腺等。 </p>
<p><br />
●●根据精液不液化的病理现象可知，治疗精液不液化症的关键在于治疗精囊和前列腺疾病。如果有感染，还要检查感染的病原体，比如解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体、生殖支原体等，发现有上述病原体时同时做一个药物敏感试验，就会得到对证治疗。在精液液化正常后，精子的活力常常会恢复正常，但有一部分患者即使液化恢复正常但精子的质量依然有问题，在这种情况下，可以服用促精宝胶囊治疗，效果比较理想。 <br />
