<p> 检查手段： 当病人疑似患有宫颈癌时，医生应详细的了解她的病史，并进行全面的身体检查，包括阴道和宫颈部分的检查，如窥阴器检查、双合诊及三合诊检查。 基本症状： 宫颈癌早期可无任何症状，</p>
<p> 随着病情的发展症状也就明显起来。主要表现为：不规则阴道出血(尤其是性生活后或妇科检查后);年轻女性经期延长，生理周期缩短，月经不调;老年患者绝经后阴道出血;阴道分泌物增多等症状。</p>
<p> 检查手段： 当病人疑似患有宫颈癌时，医生应详细的了解她的病史，并进行全面的身体检查，包括阴道和宫颈部分的检查，如窥阴器检查、双合诊及三合诊检查。另外，医生还需通过以下方法来诊断宫颈癌及判断疾病的严重程度：</p>
<p> 1.宫颈细胞刮片检查：能及早发现子宫颈上皮细胞的异样变化并对其进行治疗。</p>
<p> 2.阴道镜检查：目的是协助定位、提供活检部位、提高取材的阳性率。3.活检：在显微镜下病理分析撷取的细胞或组织样本，以便检测癌症细胞形态和分化。活检是确诊宫颈癌的最关键诊断手段。</p>
<p> 基本治疗方法： 早期宫颈癌的预后非常好，经过手术或放射治疗，IA期宫颈癌患者的五年生存率可达95%以上。第IB期，II期和III期宫颈癌的五年生存率分别为80-85%，60-70%和30-35%。晚期(低四期)宫颈癌的预后则远不如中早期的疾病，其五年生存率只有14%左右。因此，早发现、早诊断、早治疗的三早原则。病人应该咨询妇科肿瘤专科医生或肿瘤放疗专家而不是普通内科或外科医师。</p>
<p> 中医药治疗方法：中国癌症信息库天津门诊应用复方斑蝥胶囊。 芦笋胶囊。平消片、微达康颗粒、宫颈癌片、康艾注射液等药治疗宫颈癌取得良好疗效。</p>
