              <P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　衣原体对人体的危害比人们想象的要大得多，但善良的人们对它的了解实在太少。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000><BR>　　一. 　是介于细菌与病毒之间的一种致病微生物。是个大家族，有70多种，多数对人蓄都有治病性。但对人产生危害的只有两类14种。两类是和脲原体。常见的病原体有肺炎，生殖道，人型和解脲脲原体等。当人体免疫力低下时，感染人类。感染后主要引起呼吸道和泌尿生殖道疾病。其中肺炎主要是经“飞沫”传染，它穿过呼吸道粘膜纤毛层，于粘膜上皮细胞结合继而侵犯支气管，淋巴，肺泡壁而引起间质性肺炎和急性支气管炎。因此，儿童和青少年由于免疫功能发育不全而极易感染。生殖道，解脲脲原体和人型主要感染人体泌尿生殖道，能引起多种疾病。它主要通过性接触传染。当免疫力低下时感染，后引起尿道炎，宫颈炎，阴道炎。孕妇感染后会导致产褥热，自发性流产，死胎及早产。如经产道感婴儿，会产生新生儿脑膜炎或“湿肺”。在免疫力低下者中，感染是败血性关节炎和关节滑膜炎的主要原因。 </FONT></P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>
<P><BR>　　二.　是细胞内寄生的原核微生物，由接触传染。主要有沙眼，肺炎。其中沙眼可引起儿童沙眼，也通过性传染致结膜炎，附睾炎，宫颈炎和新生儿肺炎。肺炎感染后，引起人体肺炎，支气管炎，咽炎，肝炎，心内膜炎，结节性红斑等疾病。 <BR>和是典型的免疫性疾病，在免疫力低下时感染致病。虽然抗生素能在一定范围内控制本病，但由于抗生素的滥用已使此病更加难治愈了。因此，增强免疫力是预防感染和治愈本病的根本途径。 </P>
<P><BR>　　治疗中，以抗生素如美满霉素，红霉素和阿奇霉素控制为主。请注意男女一定要同治；对婴幼儿要阻断感染再治疗。治疗中及治疗后都要注意提高免疫力，否则会久治不愈。</P>
