              治疗滴虫性阴道炎需要内服法与外治法共同使用。</P>
<P>　　灭滴灵是杀灭滴虫的特效药。</P>
<P>　　(1)一般治疗：治疗期间要保持外阴清洁，以防继发细菌感染，每日清洗外阴，换洗内裤并消毒;急性期不要进食辛辣之品及饮酒;禁止性生活，配偶需要一起治疗。</P>
<P>　　(2)改变阴道酸碱度：滴虫适合生长的pH为5.5～6，因此使用醋酸洗必泰溶液冲洗阴道，可以降低阴道pH值，抑制滴虫生长。每日1次，10天为1疗程。</P>
<P>　　(3)阴道上药：灭滴灵阴道泡腾片或灭滴灵片1片阴道上药，于每晚冲洗阴道后使用，10天为 1疗程。</P>
<P>　　(4)口服用药：由于滴虫不仅寄存于阴道内，还有可能潜藏在泌尿道下段、前庭大腺和宫颈腺体内，这种情况单靠局部上药无法起到治疗作用，因此还需要口服灭滴灵。同时，男方在一起接受治疗时，主要也是依靠口服灭滴灵。用法：灭滴灵每次200毫克，每日3次，连服7天。本药服用后有可能出现恶心、呕吐、厌食等消化道症状，可改为饭后服药;如果出现精神错乱、头晕、头痛等中枢神经系统症状，要立即停药。局部用药可以继续使用。</P>
<P>　　替硝唑是近年来新上市的硝基咪唑类衍生物，治疗阴道滴虫病具有疗效高、服药简单、副作用小的特点，每次服用1克，每天1次，连用3天，首次剂量加倍。不良反应有：口内有金属味，恶心，头晕，头痛，疲倦，尿色深等。替硝唑和灭滴灵均为孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁服药。</P>
<P>　　(5)中药外洗：使用清热解毒，杀虫止痒的中草药煎汤外洗，可以明显地缓解因滴虫感染引起的外阴炎症，尤其适用于急性滴虫性阴道炎。中西医结合治疗阴道滴虫病有很好的疗效。</P>
<P>　　处方①(《女病外治良方妙法》)：蛇床子30克　百部30克　苦参50克　明矾15克　生大蒜2 ～3头(去皮打破)将上药放入纱布袋中，以水煎汤后取出药袋，将药汤倒入浴盆中，先熏患处，待温坐浴5～10分钟，每日2次，7日为1疗程。</P>
