<div> 放疗对每个乳腺癌患者来说均可引起程度不同的副反应，有些人很轻，有的没有明显症状，有的患者却反应很重。<br />
最常见的副反应是：</div>
<div> ①疲劳。</div>
<div> ②皮肤干燥或发痒或皲裂或起泡。</div>
<div> ③产生恶心、胃痛、味觉异常、食欲不振等消化系统反应。</div>
<div> ④其它副反应，如脑部放疗，则腋毛脱落；头部放疗，出现口干、耳鸣等；胸膜和肺部放疗，引起干咳无痰、咽痒等副作用。 乳腺癌患者在放疗期间，一旦出现上述到反应，多数将随时间而消失，有的经治疗和生活调理后，均可减轻症状。如果副反应特别严重，即可中断放疗。下面介绍有关的，简易实用的治疗方法，仅供参考。</div>
<div> (1)疲劳：因在放疗时，身体消耗了很大的能量，以及放疗对正常细胞的影响，引起疲劳。当患者感到疲劳时，应该充分休息，安排好生活，保证睡眠和足够的营养补充。</div>
<div> (2)皮肤副反应：可选用清油来对付皮肤干燥，如皮肤过于湿润，可撤一些玉米粉。当皮肤发红或转成棕色时，要注意不可让治疗部位遭受日晒，放疗结束后，一般在数周内即可消失。如发现皮肤皲裂、起疱，一定要找医生求治。切勿随意乱用香粉、香霜、油膏及其它市售的许多护肤用品。 </div>
<div> (3)腋毛脱落：要防止毛发脱落是很难作到的，但放疗结束后，多数患者的腋窝处会重新生长出毛发。</div>
<div> (4)消化道反应：良好的饮食习惯、营养丰富的膳食和食谱多样化，可能会刺激食欲，使之增进。如果消化道反应严重，可停止放疗。 </div>
