<p> 免疫性不孕的抗体检测是应用免疫酶标(ELISA)方法,可以检测人体内与生育有关的四种抗体，这些抗体有些可能存在于人体的血液内，有些可能存在于人体生殖道局部，如精浆、宫颈粘液中，此项检测为不孕症的诊治又提供了一项科学的诊断依据。</p>

可恶的抗精子抗体(AsAb, Anti-Sperm Antibody)男女体内都可能存在抗精子抗体。在精液内,存在着多种抗原。这些抗原在女性生殖道中，可经宫颈上皮吸收后产生免疫反应，在女方血液和生殖道局部产生抗精子抗体。这种抗体可影响精子的运行，导致不孕。正常情况下，男性体内不会产生自身的抗精子抗体。但当男性输精管发生炎症或某些病变时，精子抗原有可能渗透到外周组织中去，使自身产生抗精子抗体。</p>

抗子宫内膜抗体(AEMAb,Anti-Endometrium Antibody)子宫内膜是胚胎着床和生长发育之地，但在病理状态下，如子宫内膜炎、子宫内膜异位症及子宫腺肌症等，可转化成抗原或半抗原，刺激机体自身产生相应的抗体。此外，人工流产刮宫时，胚囊也可能作为抗原刺激机体产生抗体。一旦女性体内有抗子宫内膜抗体存在，便会导致不孕、停孕或发生流产。不少女性因在初次妊娠时作了人流，而不再怀孕，这种继发不孕症患者多数是因为体内产生了抗子宫内膜抗体。 </p>

抗卵巢抗体(AOVAb)(Anti-Ovary Antibody)在六、七十年代已发现卵巢存在特殊抗原,近年来报道抗卵巢自身免疫可影响卵巢的正常发育和功能。可导致卵巢衰竭或卵泡成熟前闭锁而导致不孕。有卵巢抗体的女性卵泡发育很不正常，要么卵泡长不到受孕的优势，要么长到受孕优势又不能自然排出，有些人还过早的出现了卵巢早衰现象，使很多育龄妇女终生难以发育出成熟的卵泡，而导致原发性不孕和继发性不孕。 </p>

抗人绒毛促性腺激素抗体(AhCGAb,Anti-Human Chorionic Gonadotropin Antibody) 人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)是维持早期妊娠的主要激素。但是有自然流产史、人工流产史及生化妊娠史的女性，在流产过程中，绒毛组织中的hCG可能作为抗原刺激母体产生抗体。另外曾接受过hCG注射，以促进排卵的女性，体内的抗hCG抗体也有可能为阳性。此类患者可能在临床上表现为不孕或习惯性流产等。</p>
