<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 乳腺导管扩张症又叫浆细胞性乳房炎，其基本病变是由于乳腺导管不畅，而引起导管扩张的一系列病理改变，是一种良。此病多见于３０—４０岁的经产而非哺乳期的妇女，也偶见于绝经后的老年妇女。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 有资料表明，乳腺导管扩张症的误诊率达７５％。之所以易误诊，主要原因在于：</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 该病发病大致可分三期：急性期表现为乳房肿胀、疼痛、发红和硬结，可有乳头溢液，这时最易与急性乳腺炎混淆，有的被误诊为炎性乳癌；亚急性期乳房红肿消退，遗留下硬结或肿块；慢性期乳房内肿块可与表面皮肤粘连，肿块不痛，可出现乳头回缩，此型最易被误诊为乳癌。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 病程长短不一，从数日到数年，病程长者更易误诊。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 乳头溢液可为本病的首发症状，液体多为血性，也可为浆液性或脓性，也是误诊的原因。早期常伴有腑下淋巴结肿大、质硬、有压痛，也给鉴别带来困难。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 近年来用于乳房检查的红外线扫描、超声检查和选择性乳腺导管造影等检查，对乳房疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断很有帮助，不仅可以证实乳腺导管扩张，还能查出导管内有无其他占位病变。此外，细胞学检查对诊断此病也有重要作用。包括乳头溢液的反复检查和细针抽吸肿块组织的细胞学检查，该症都查不到癌细胞，而是以浆细胞为主的炎症细胞，可与癌鉴别。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 乳腺导管扩张症是乳腺的良变，所以，一旦确诊，应当做手术治疗，手术是治疗本病的惟一有效方法，手术时只需将乳晕部扩张的导管肿块切除就可以，乳头和大部乳房可保留，不影响外形和美观。如果肿块较大，占整个乳房的一半以上，而且年龄在４５岁以上,乳房较小者，在病人本人的同意下，也可做单纯乳房切除。 <br />
