小阴唇整形术注意事项<p> 术后要卧床 12-24 小时，口服抗生素预防感染。用 1 ： 5000 的高锰酸钾液坐浴，每天两次，共 7-10 天。记住不要服用阿司匹林和抗炎药物，不要吸烟。术后一周拆线。 3 周内禁性生活。 <br /> 小阴唇肥大与小阴唇整形术 </p><p> 何谓小阴唇肥大？当小阴唇基底部中心点至小阴唇外侧缘之间的距离大于 4㎝时称为小阴唇肥大。肥大的小阴唇形态各异，多数形状似长耳狗的耳朵或猪耳状。小阴唇肥大可以是对称性的，也可以是非对称性的（两侧大小不一）。可以是先天性的，也可以是后天性的。后天性的小阴唇肥大多数由于局部的长期慢性刺激或持续磨擦所致，如女性阴道炎，外阴炎，由于炎性分泌物长期刺激，导致小阴唇皮肤和粘膜慢性增生而肥大，局部皮肤、粘膜粗糙，色素加重。一些长期从事骑自行车或摩托车工作者因长期磨擦和挤压局部也可导致小阴唇肥大。肥大的小阴唇不仅在外形上不美观，并使部分患者产生心理障碍，而且给患者生活带来褚多不便。如肥大的小阴唇在运动、行走、骑车或久坐时由于局部受挤压和磨擦而感到不适。或在月经期由于卫生巾磨擦而疼痛，部分患者在性交时出现阻挡或疼痛不适，一些患者可出现局部溃疡而痛苦不堪。因此，小阴唇肥大影响正常生活时应手术治疗。然而，由于某些原因，大多数患者都羞于找医生看病，认为是见不得人的病而黙黙忍受痛苦，这是非常错误的想法。小阴唇肥大整形术后新形成的小阴唇色泽恢复自然，大小适度，外形美观，局部不遗留瘢痕，无手术后遗症。 </p><p> 小阴唇肥厚修复 </p><p> 女性的小阴唇形态多样，长约 4 ～ 5 厘米，宽约 0.5 ～ 1.0厘米，曲线自然美观。有一些女性的小阴唇过度肥大，除外观卷曲丑陋，缺乏美感外，还可造成一些局部的不适感觉，如影响排尿、走路或骑自行车时肥大的小阴唇与内裤磨擦造成阴部疼痛，性交时被带入阴道内造成不便或疼痛等。此外，小阴唇粘连、畸形或明显不对称等都需进行外科整形。 </p><p> 小阴唇的整形 </p><p> 小阴唇平均宽 5-10 毫米，长 30-60 毫米。小阴唇肥大可造成坐姿及行走不适、影响排尿、外观不良及性交时性感低下，可以行小阴唇整形术来矫正 </p></div>
